Installation: SNG Map Builder

Requirements

  • Sweep&Go Core
    • The Sweep&Go Core plugin provides the foundational connection to Sweep&Go and must be active for the addon to work properly.

Getting Started

  1. Install and Activate the Sweep&Go Core Plugin:

  2. If you haven’t already, install the core plugin from your WordPress dashboard or download it from the Sweep&Go App Store.

  3. Install Map Builder plugin:

  4. Navigate to WP Admin → Sweep&Go Core → Add-ons and install the SNG Map Builder.

Requirements

Google Cloud

You need a Google Cloud account with the Maps JavaScript API enabled. A Google account is free and the Maps JavaScript API includes a generous free tier ($200/month credit) which covers thousands of map loads.

Do I need a credit card?

Google may ask for a payment method to verify your identity when creating a Cloud account, but you will not be charged unless you exceed the free tier. For typical service area websites this is extremely unlikely.
