Entries: SNG Refer a Friend

Table

• You may check all referrals in WP Admin → SNG Refer a Friend → Entries with following information:
  • ID: Unique referral ID
  • Referrer Name - Name of the person who referred their friend(s)
  • Referrer Email - Email of the person who referred their friend(s)
  • Referral Name - Name of the referred person
  • Referral Email - Email of the referred person
  • Referral Email - Email of the referred person
  • Location - Your Sweep&Go location name
  • Coupon Code - The coupon that was automatically created for referral
  • Status - Referral Status
    • Pending: Referral received an invite but still didn't sign up
    • Signed up: Referral has signed up for your services
  • Sent at - Date and time when the referral was invited

Export

Under the referral entries table, you'll find the section to export all of your referrals into Excel format (.xlsx)

Select the info you want to export: - Referral status - Date range - Locations - Click export

Note

• After the export completed, you will receive an excel spreasdsheed with the referrals based on the settings you selected
• If you have multiple locations, the referral will be separated in the spreasheet by sheet tabs
