Overview: SNG Exit Intent

SNG Exit Intent detects when a visitor is about to leave your website and shows them a targeted popup with a special offer — capturing their email, phone number, or ZIP code before they're gone.

How it works

SNG Exit Intent monitors visitor behavior in real time. On desktop, it detects when the mouse cursor moves toward the top of the browser window — the universal signal that someone is about to leave. On mobile, it detects a fast upward scroll, which is the equivalent gesture on a touchscreen. The moment either signal fires, a popup appears with your configured offer. The visitor can enter their email address, phone number, or ZIP code depending on which mode you've chosen. Once submitted, the lead is saved to your dashboard, a confirmation is sent to the visitor with their coupon code, and your team receives an admin notification. For visitors who were mid-way through the client onboarding form, the plugin captures their progress and sends them a personalized short resume link via email or SMS so they can return and finish exactly where they left off.
