SMS Recovery
Navigate to WP Admin → SNG Lead Recovery → Settings → SMS Recovery.

SMS reminders require Twilio to be connected in Sweep&Go Core → Settings → Twilio. When Twilio is connected, a green notice appears at the top of the SMS Recovery card. If it isn't, you'll see SMS notifications unavailable and the SMS toggle cannot be turned on.
Settings

Marketing Consent
SMS is only sent to visitors who checked the marketing permission checkbox on the Client Onboarding form. This applies to both automatic reminders and the manual Send Recovery SMS button.
On a lead record, visitors without consent show an SMS consent not given badge instead of the send button.
Warning
Texting people without consent can violate TCPA rules and lead to Twilio account suspension. This check cannot be turned off.
Email-First Recovery
When both email and SMS reminders are enabled:
- Leads with an email address get the email first. The SMS is sent only as a fallback — at least 2 hours after the email — and only if the visitor still hasn't come back.
- Leads without an email address get the SMS directly after the SMS delay.
This way you only pay for SMS when the free email didn't bring the visitor back.
Tip
Set the SMS Delay noticeably longer than the Email Delay — for example, email after 60 minutes and SMS after 1440 minutes (24 hours).
Delivery Status
After an SMS is sent, its delivery status is shown on the lead record and in the Leads list: Queued → Sent → Delivered, or Failed / Undelivered if something went wrong. Twilio reports these updates to your site automatically.
Info
Delivery status updates require your site to be publicly reachable. On local development sites the status stays at Queued even though the SMS is delivered.
