Leads
Navigate to WP Admin → SNG Lead Recovery → Leads.
The Leads page shows every onboarding session captured by the plugin — in progress, abandoned, recovered, and completed.
Lead Information
Each row in the list contains:
| Column | Description |

| Lead ID | Unique lead number, e.g. LR-000001. Click it to open the full lead record. |
| Name | Visitor's first and last name |
| Visitor's email address | |
| Phone | Visitor's phone number |
| Progress | How far through the onboarding form the visitor got |
| Last Step | The form step the visitor reached |
| Status | In Progress, Abandoned, Recovered, Completed, or Archived — see Statuses |
| Reminders | Which recovery messages were sent (✓ Email, ✓ SMS). Hover the check mark to see when. SMS also shows its delivery status. |
| Last Activity | When the visitor last interacted with the form |
| Resume Link | Copy Link button for the visitor's personal resume link |
Searching
Use the search box to find leads by name, email address, phone number, or resume token. You can also search by Lead ID — type LR-000012 or just 12 to jump straight to that lead.
Filtering
Use the status dropdown to show only leads with a specific status, for example only Abandoned leads. Click Filter to apply.
Bulk Actions
Check the boxes next to multiple leads (or use the checkbox in the header to select all on the page), choose an action from Bulk Actions, and click Apply:

| Archive | Move leads out of your working list |
| Unarchive | Bring archived leads back as In Progress |
| Disable Token | Stop the resume links from working |
| Enable Token | Re-activate disabled resume links |
Exporting
Click Export CSV next to the page title to download all leads matching the current search and filter. The export includes contact details, progress, status, resume link, reminder send times, SMS delivery status, and dates.
