Installation: SNG Lead Recovery
Requirements
- Sweep&Go Core
- The Sweep&Go Core plugin provides the foundational connection to Sweep&Go and must be active for the addon to work properly.
- Sweep&Go Client Onboarding
- Lead Recovery captures sessions from the Client Onboarding form. Without it, the plugin stays inactive and shows a notice in the admin.

Getting Started
- Install and Activate the Sweep&Go Core Plugin:

If you haven’t already, install the core plugin from your WordPress dashboard or download it from the Sweep&Go App Store.

Make sure Client Onboarding is installed and active:

Lead Recovery works on top of the Client Onboarding form.

Install Lead Recovery plugin:
- Navigate to WP Admin → Sweep&Go Core → Add-ons and install the SNG Lead Recovery.
Flush
After activating, go to WP Admin → Settings → Permalinks and click Save Changes. This is required for the resume links (/lr/XXXXXX) to work correctly.
Reliable scheduling
Abandonment detection and automatic reminders run as a background task every 10 minutes using Action Scheduler (included with Sweep&Go Core). On low-traffic sites, WordPress background tasks only run when someone visits the site. For reliable timing, ask your host to set up a real server cron that calls wp-cron.php every minute.
