Lead Statuses
Every lead has a status that shows where it is in its lifecycle.
Statuses
| Status |
Description |
| In Progress |
The visitor is currently filling out the form, or has recently been active. This is the default status for new leads. |
| Abandoned |
The visitor stopped without finishing and was inactive longer than Mark Abandoned After. Abandoned leads receive automatic recovery reminders. |
| Recovered |
The visitor came back through their resume link and completed the signup. This is the number that shows how many customers the plugin won back. |
| Completed |
The visitor finished the signup on their own, without using a resume link. |
| Archived |
Manually moved out of the working list by an admin. Nothing archives leads automatically. |

Resume Link Status
Separate from the lead status, each resume link can be:
| Status |
Description |
| Active |
The link works and restores the form. |
