Navigate to WP Admin → SNG Lead Recovery → Settings → Recovery Delivery & Integrations.

Available from version 1.1.0

Webhook integrations are available in SNG Lead Recovery 1.1.0 and newer.

Who Sends Recovery Messages?

Option Description
SNG Lead Recovery (Email / Twilio SMS) The plugin sends recovery emails and SMS itself, using the Email Recovery and SMS Recovery settings. This is the default.
External system via webhook Abandoned leads are sent to an external platform — such as GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make, or n8n — which handles the follow-up. See Integrations.

Warning

In webhook mode, automatic recovery emails and SMS from WordPress are paused, so your leads are never messaged twice. The manual Send Recovery Email / Send Recovery SMS buttons on the lead record still work for one-off messages.

Webhook Settings

Setting Description
Webhook URL Where lead data is sent. Must start with https://. Each integration guide explains where to get this URL.
Per-Location Webhook URLs Only shown when you have more than one Sweep&Go location. Use when each location has its own account or workflow. Leave a location empty to use the default Webhook URL.
Send Events Lead abandoned starts your follow-up; Lead completed / recovered lets your platform stop it. We recommend keeping both on.
Signing Secret Optional. Adds a signature to every request so the receiving system can verify it came from your site. See Custom Webhook.

Save & Send Test

Click Save & Send Test to save your settings and immediately send a sample lead (Jane Doe) to your webhook. A green notice confirms delivery; a red notice shows the error. Use the sample to map fields in your platform.

Notice Meaning
SNG GoHighLevel detected The SNG GoHighLevel plugin is active. Follow the rules in Already Using SNG GoHighLevel? to avoid duplicate contacts.
Short abandonment window Webhook mode is on and Mark Abandoned After is under 15 minutes. CRMs that also sync partial submissions may receive both at nearly the same time; use 15 minutes or more.
