Integrations Overview
SNG Lead Recovery can send your abandoned leads to the tools you already use — GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make, n8n, or any system that accepts webhooks — so follow-up runs where your team already works.
Available from version 1.1.0
Integrations are available in SNG Lead Recovery 1.1.0 and newer.
How It Works
- A visitor starts your Client Onboarding form and leaves without finishing.
- SNG Lead Recovery marks the lead Abandoned and sends it to your webhook URL: name, email, phone (only with marketing consent), the form step and progress, and the visitor's personal resume link.
- Your platform takes it from there — create a CRM contact, start an email/SMS sequence, add a spreadsheet row, notify your team, and so on.
- When the visitor finishes the signup, SNG Lead Recovery sends a completed or recovered event so your platform can stop the follow-up.
All integrations use the same setting. In WordPress, go to SNG Lead Recovery → Settings → Recovery Delivery & Integrations, choose External system via webhook, and paste your platform's webhook URL. See Delivery & Integrations settings.
One system sends follow-ups
When an integration is active, SNG Lead Recovery pauses its own automatic recovery emails and SMS, so leads are never messaged twice. Your connected platform becomes responsible for follow-up.
Events
Every request includes an event field so your platform knows what happened:
| Event | Sent when | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
lead.abandoned |
A lead is marked Abandoned (once per lead) | Start follow-up |
lead.completed |
The visitor finishes the signup on their own | Stop follow-up |
lead.recovered |
The visitor finishes the signup after using their resume link | Stop follow-up, count a recovery |
test |
You click Save & Send Test in the settings | Map fields while setting up |
Choose Your Platform
| Platform | Best for | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| GoHighLevel | Agencies and businesses already running marketing in GHL | GoHighLevel |
| Zapier | Connecting to thousands of apps with no technical setup | Zapier |
| Make | Visual multi-step scenarios and branching | Make |
| n8n | Self-hosted or advanced automations | n8n |
| Your own system | Developers receiving the data directly | Custom Webhook |
Other platforms that accept webhooks — for example Pipedream or HubSpot workflows — work the same way. Use the Custom Webhook reference for the data format.
Sending Leads to Several Places
SNG Lead Recovery sends each lead to one webhook URL (or one per location — see below). To send leads to several tools at once — for example GoHighLevel and a Google Sheet — point the webhook to Zapier, Make, or n8n and add one step per destination there.
Multiple Locations
If each Sweep&Go location should go to a different account or workflow, enter a URL per location under Per-Location Webhook URLs in the settings. Leads are sent to the URL of the location they came from; locations without their own URL use the default Webhook URL.
SMS Consent
The phone field is only filled when the visitor checked the marketing permission box on the onboarding form, and the sms_consent field (true/false) tells you explicitly. When your platform sends text messages, only text contacts with consent.
Testing Any Integration
- Paste your platform's webhook URL in the settings and click Save & Send Test — your platform receives a sample lead (Jane Doe, lead ID
LR-000000). - Map the fields in your platform.
- Fill in the Client Onboarding form in a private window and close it.
- In WordPress, go to Tools → Scheduled Actions, find
sng_lead_recovery_detect, and click Run (after the Mark Abandoned After time has passed). - The lead's timeline in SNG Lead Recovery → Leads shows Sent to Webhook, and the data arrives in your platform.
