Email Recovery
Navigate to WP Admin → SNG Lead Recovery → Settings → Email Recovery.
Tip
For reliable email delivery, install an SMTP plugin such as WP Mail SMTP, FluentSMTP, or Post SMTP. WordPress's built-in mail function may be blocked by some hosting providers.
Settings
| Setting | Description |

| Automatic Email Reminders | Automatically email abandoned leads that have an email address. |
| Email Delay (minutes after abandonment) | How long to wait after a lead becomes abandoned before sending the email. Default: 60. |
| Email Subject | Subject line of the recovery email. |
| Email Body | Body of the recovery email. |
When Is the Email Sent?
A recovery email is sent automatically when all of these are true:
- The lead is Abandoned
- The lead has an email address
- The lead's resume link is active (not disabled)
- The email delay has passed since abandonment
- No recovery email has been sent to this lead before
Each lead receives at most one automatic recovery email. If the visitor comes back and continues the form before the email goes out, the lead is no longer abandoned and no email is sent.

Click any variable chip in the settings page to copy it, then paste it into the subject or body.
