Status Cards
The top of the Settings page shows three status cards so you can see at a glance whether everything is working:
| Card | Description |
|---|---|
| Lead Recovery | Whether the plugin is enabled or disabled. |
| Database | Whether the plugin's database tables are installed. If Missing, deactivate and reactivate the plugin. |
| Client Onboarding | Whether the Client Onboarding plugin is detected. Lead Recovery only works when it is active. |
General Settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Enable Lead Recovery | Master on/off switch. When off, nothing is captured, no reminders are sent, and no scripts load on your site. Default: Off. |
| Resume Link Expiration (days) | How many days after the visitor's last activity a resume link keeps working. Set to 0 for links that never expire. Default: 30. |
| Mark Abandoned After (minutes) | How many minutes without activity before an in-progress session becomes an abandoned lead. Set to 0 to disable automatic detection. Default: 30. |
| Enable Debug Mode | Logs capture activity to the browser console. For troubleshooting only — leave off on live sites. Default: Off. |
Info
Abandonment is checked by a background task every 10 minutes. A lead becomes abandoned on the first check after the inactivity period has passed, so the actual time can be up to 10 minutes longer than the setting.
