Leads
Navigate to WP Admin → SNG Exit Intent → Leads.
The Leads page shows every contact captured through the exit intent popup.
Lead Information
Each lead record contains:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Visitor's name as entered in the popup form |
| Contact | Email address (Email mode) or phone number (Phone mode) |
| Mode | Which popup mode was active when the lead was captured |
| Device | Desktop, tablet, or mobile |
| Page | The page the popup appeared on |
| Date | Date and time of submission |
Searching
Use the search bar at the top of the page to filter leads by name, email address, or phone number.
Exporting
Click Export CSV to download all leads matching the current search as a CSV file. The export includes all fields and respects any active search filter.
Deleting Leads
Single lead — click Delete on any row.
Bulk delete — check the boxes next to multiple leads and click Delete Selected.
Summary Strip
The top of the Leads page shows a quick summary of total popup events:

|---|---|
| Displayed | Total number of times the popup has been shown |
| Closed | Total number of times visitors dismissed the popup |
| Converted | Total number of successful form submissions |
| ZIP Submitted | Total number of ZIP codes submitted through the checker |
| Total Leads | Total leads in the database |
