Popup Modes
SNG Exit Intent supports three content modes. Choose the one that fits your campaign goal in Popup Settings → Content Mode.
Email Capture
Shows a name and email address form. Best for building a contact list and sending coupon codes by email.
What happens after submission:
- Lead is saved to the Leads dashboard
- Admin notification email is sent to your team
- Visitor receives a confirmation email with their coupon code
- If the visitor was on the client onboarding page, they receive a resume link email instead
Phone Lead
Shows a name, phone number, and SMS consent checkbox. Best for direct follow-up and SMS marketing.
What happens after submission:
- Lead is saved to the Leads dashboard
- Visitor receives an SMS with their coupon code via Twilio
- If the visitor was on the client onboarding page, they receive a resume link SMS instead
Warning
SMS notifications require Twilio to be connected in Sweep&Go Core. The visitor must check the SMS consent checkbox before they can submit the form.
ZIP Code Checker
Shows the service area checker shortcode from the SNG Client Onboarding plugin. Behavior depends on which page the visitor is on:
| Page | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Any regular page | ZIP checker form appears. If the visitor's ZIP is in your service area, they are redirected to the onboarding page with their coupon code automatically applied. |
/sng/{slug}-client-onboarding/ |
An Apply Coupon Code button appears instead. Clicking it fills the coupon field on the page and highlights it with a green pulse animation. |
/sng/{slug}-out-of-area/ |
The popup is suppressed entirely — no popup is shown. |
Info
The [sng-service-area-checker] shortcode must be active on your site for ZIP Code Checker mode to work.
