Lead Details
Navigate to WP Admin → SNG Lead Recovery → Leads and click any Lead ID.
The lead record shows everything about a single visitor's onboarding session in one place.
Summary Row
Directly under the lead's name, a row of badges shows the most important information at a glance: Lead ID, Status, Progress, Last Activity, Email, and Phone.
Overview

Captured Fields
Every value the visitor entered on the onboarding form, grouped for easy reading:
- Customer — name, email, phone
- Location — address, city, state, ZIP code, gate and garbage can location
- Service Details — number of dogs, cleanup frequency, notification preferences
- Marketing — how they heard about you, marketing permission, coupon
- Submission — organization and form details
- Other — any additional fields your onboarding form includes

Credit card and payment details are never captured or stored.
Timeline
A chronological history of the lead: when the visitor started, their progress saves, when they abandoned, when they came back via their resume link, reminders sent, and when they completed. Each entry shows the step and progress at that moment.

The raw data behind the lead, for troubleshooting or support requests.
Actions

| Send Recovery Email | Send the recovery email to this lead right now, regardless of automation settings. |
| Send Recovery SMS | Send the recovery SMS to this lead right now. Only available when the visitor gave marketing consent and Twilio is connected. |
| Regenerate Token | Create a brand new resume link. The old link stops working immediately. |
| Disable Token / Enable Token | Turn the resume link off or back on without changing it. |
| Archive / Unarchive | Move the lead out of (or back into) your working list. |
Tip
Manual sends can be used any number of times, even if an automatic reminder was already sent. Use them deliberately — they will also reach leads that have already completed.
